About This Role

Deliver planned courses of radiotherapy accurately and effectively to patients, assisting radiation oncologists in localization and patient education. This role requires specific competencies for patient care.

Responsibilities

Delivers a planned course of radiotherapy accurately and effectively following the physician prescription
Assists the Radiation Oncologist in localization using conventional or CT simulators
Assists with patient education and assessment

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of radiation therapy
ARRT-T (ARRT-RADIATION THERAPY) within 12 months of hire
BLS or CPR within 30 days of hire
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal/written)

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of radiation therapy
