Property Manager

About This Role

Manage retail shopping center properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Oversee property inspections, vendor services, and support leasing and budget management for a leading commercial real estate company.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure prompt resolution of problems by administrative and technical staff
• Ensure services comply with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations
• Conduct periodic regular property inspections and recommend/approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning
• Contract for and supervise vendor services as required
• Support the Brokerage department with property marketing and leasing, including showing space to prospective tenants
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space inspections with tenants and Development/Construction department
• Act as primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives are met
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses
• Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training

Nice to Have

• Real estate license
• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
