Responsibilities
- Handle inbound, warm leads via phone and online applications
- Support small business customers with Property & Casualty insurance needs
- Manage approximately 25–50 inbound calls per day
- Navigate multiple systems and insurance products
Requirements
- Active insurance P&C license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven, motivated, and eager to grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, call-center environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
