Support small business customers with Property & Casualty insurance needs by handling inbound leads and navigating various insurance systems and products, contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, warm leads via phone and online applications
• Support small business customers with Property & Casualty insurance needs
• Manage approximately 25–50 inbound calls per day
• Navigate multiple systems and insurance products

Requirements

• Active insurance P&C license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, motivated, and eager to grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, call-center environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
