About This Role

This Project Manager role is the primary contact for telecommunications job acceptance, assignment, dispatch, and completion. It requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to ensure high-quality installation and maintenance of telecommunications and data network solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive foundation and knowledge base of U.S.Connect’s products, services, operational platforms, and procedures
  • Practice effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques to convey and interpret ideas and information
  • Partner closely with Senior Project Managers and suppliers to ensure all timelines and deliverables remain on target
  • Provide professional and efficient service to new and existing clients as the liaison, ensuring streamlined project implementation
  • Coordinate the administration of unique job orders and services for dispatches in the field
  • Manage unforeseen operational risks associated with assigned activities, notifying appropriate personnel when compromised
  • Identify, develop, and implement ways to conduct standard operating procedures more effectively and economically
  • Provide coverage and support to other team members in their workload as needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of specific client project by reviewing client’s files and obtaining knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years proven experience in providing customer service in a B2B environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Calendar, etc.)
  • Availability to work 40-hour work week (M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM)
  • Reliable transportation
  • US Citizen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, small team environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and activities
  • Self-motivated and reliable

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years proven experience in providing customer service in a B2B environment and 1 year administrative experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Experience with payments collections
  • Relevant experience in national dispatching
