Project Manager

About This Role

Manage complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion and contributing to the growth of an employee-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall labor efforts for self-perform mechanical/plumbing projects
• Oversee project execution, including schedules, cost control, procurement, quality, and safety
• Identify and solve problems related to mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all duties
• Prioritize tasks and work independently

Requirements

• Experience with a self-perform MECHANICAL/PLUMBING contractor
• Demonstrated ability managing overall labor efforts
• 4-10 years’ experience as an Assistant PM or Project Manager in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction
• Background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems
• Past project size exceeding $2 million
• Fully capable with management controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, quality/safety)
• Problem solving skills and familiarity with mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation
• Demonstrated experience in industrial and institutional mechanical construction
• Stable work history
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work all hours and schedules assigned

Qualifications

• 4-10 years’ experience as an Assistant PM or Project Manager in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems
