Project Manager

About This Role

Manage the implementation of technology-based projects, collaborating with various technology partners and agile teams. This role requires expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies, focusing on contact center technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery and collaborate with technology partners and agile teams
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Conduct presentations, facilitate interviews, and lead workshops

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects
• Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams
• Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
• Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Experience in contact center technology (call recording, routing, WFM, analytics, IVR, chat)
