Manage creative studio marketing projects from request to delivery for a next-generation financial services company. This role involves managing day-to-day workflows, scheduling, and ensuring project compliance and approvals, leveraging innovative mobile-first technology.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate project briefs and strategy to approach each project efficiently
- Develop and maintain project schedules, workflows, and status within project management software
- Identify opportunities to use enterprise-approved AI tools for workflow efficiencies
- Manage projects from request through delivery, including scheduling, creative reviews, and gaining stakeholder approvals (legal and compliance teams included)
- Negotiate and plan resourcing with PM partners for both internal creative studio and external partners
- Oversee daily job flow, ensuring all partners are informed and part of the process
- Work with senior team members and managers to maintain or evolve process-related and future workload requirements within the marketing department
- Analyze causes of roadblocks, research possible solutions, and make recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience project managing multiple asset types including digital content, social media, web, video, radio
- Ability to work comfortably in a very fast-paced, nimble environment
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical problem solver
- Tech and software savvy
- Excellent time, prioritization, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, using diplomacy to balance competing requests
- Understanding of creative studio processes, with advertising agency understanding or experience
- Skilled in asset management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ Years experience project managing multiple asset types
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech or Financial industry
- Experience working with legal and compliance teams to produce assets
- Agency experience
- Proficiency in Workfront (and other project management tools)
- Video production experience
