Project Manager

About This Role

Manage multiple large, concurrent, complex projects and programs, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving project goals on time and within budget. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and mentor other project managers, leveraging expertise in project management and Petauri Advance products.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage multiple large, concurrent, complex, multidimensional projects and programs
• Manage project scopes and timelines while leading cross-functional teams
• Ensure ultimate client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality
• Mentor and onboard other project managers to support their growth and development
• Work collaboratively and consultatively with clients with minimal supervision
• Lead project teams through successful project execution and completion
• Understand and apply privacy and compliance guidelines
• Lead onsite events and proactively manage vendors
• Supports client work by traveling to live events and meetings
• Provide original and strategic ideas to achieve client goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry
• 6 years of project coordination experience
• Strong understanding of strategic direction for accounts and disease states
• Advanced knowledge of Petauri Advance products and services
• Proficient/advanced communication skills
• Proficient/advanced relationship management skills
• Good/basic leading others skills

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical/medical device) or equivalent experience
• 6 years of project coordination experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical/medical device)
