Project Manager

About This Role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, managing project teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to PBK’s quality standards. This role involves supervising Project Architects and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Project Architect and project team to ensure high-quality construction documents.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Organize and direct architectural and/or engineering teams to execute work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
• Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility oversight of their assignments.
• Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project and keep clients apprised of project progress.
• Provide technical advice to the project team.
• Lead Construction Administration jobsite meetings with contractors and owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit programs
• Knowledge of building codes
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Architecture License
• Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites)
