Project Manager

About This Role

This Project Manager will oversee and direct construction management, working collaboratively with engineering and production to ensure proper project construction and adherence to specifications. The role involves communicating with various stakeholders, managing procurement, and coordinating estimates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction management
• Work collaboratively with engineering & production to ensure proper project construction
• Communicate with contractors, designers and production regarding project costs, staffing, and scheduling
• Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to project specifications
• Purchase/procure quality materials, supplies, and services at the best price within acceptable project time frames
• Coordinate with other departments to produce all-inclusive project estimates ensuring bid and BOM accuracy

• Proficient in collaborating with engineering & production
• Skilled in communicating with contractors, designers and production regarding project costs, staffing, and scheduling
• Adept at preparing project status reports

• Capable of accurately purchasing/procuring quality materials, supplies, and services
• Able to coordinate with other departments for project estimates
• Utilizes sound judgment and experience to accomplish goals
• Organized and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
