This Project Manager will join a mission-driven team working to improve educational outcomes across metro Atlanta by convening and facilitating Change Action Networks. The role involves leading cross-sector collaboration, grounding conversations in data, and driving collective impact to strengthen education for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and facilitate network meetings and convenings from concept through execution, ensuring they are inclusive, engaging, and outcomes-oriented
- Develop agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure meetings are effective
- Build and maintain strong relationships with network members across sectors and organizations
- Support networks in defining scope, goals, roles, and shared measures of success
- Track progress over time and assess movement toward intended outcomes within the networks
- Synthesize insights, themes, and opportunities that emerge across various networks
- Support grant prospecting, proposal development, and reporting
- Assist with partner communications and convenings
- Gather, clean, and organize necessary data for organizational operations
- Participate in public speaking opportunities, panels, and presentations to represent L4L's work and values
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in project, program, or operations management
- Strong ability to convene and guide groups with diverse perspectives, power dynamics, and priorities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and partner relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using data to inform decisions, surface insights, and support continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams and sectors
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a solutions-oriented approach to identifying opportunities and navigating ambiguity
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in project, program, or operations management
