Project Manager

About This Role

Lead complex heavy civil and environmental infrastructure projects from award through close-out, taking direct responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil projects from preconstruction through final close-out
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, change management, and margin protection
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, engineers, and inspectors
• Maintain a strong field presence to drive safety, productivity, and quality
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, and risk management

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Proven control of job costs, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Experience on public-sector, transportation, marine, or environmental projects
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills
