Project Manager

About This Role

Lead full-cycle implementation of large-scale warehouse automation projects for a global robotics manufacturer. This role involves defining project scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing client communication to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation of warehouse automation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (solutions, logistics, software, sales) and external client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, keeping both internal teams and client stakeholders informed and aligned
• Manage scope changes and their impact on budget/schedule with clarity and control
• Ensure successful handover and customer acceptance of deliverables during and post go-live
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience leading complex technical or automation projects
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, across multiple teams and time zones
• Technical fluency in automation/robotics systems (AMRs, ASRS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layouts)
• Budget and cost-control experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience leading complex technical or automation projects
