Project Manager - Federal Construction

About This Role

This Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex Federal construction projects within the Federal Division in Big Springs, TX. The role involves managing budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure project completion safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, under budget, and to our client’s satisfaction
• Manage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining quality relationships with clients
• Manage multiple project schedules and timelines to satisfy client needs
• Act as liaison and single point of contact to effectively communicate between client and project teams – field and office
• Conduct forward-thinking risk assessments and make suggestions to minimize potential risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Federal Construction as a Project Manager
• Proven experience overseeing complex commercial construction projects valued at $10M+
• Proficiency with construction software like Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a construction related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the Federal Construction space as a Project Manager, overseeing complex commercial construction projects valued at $10M+
