Project Manager

About This Role

Lead implementation projects as an individual contributor, overseeing all aspects from planning to coordination with internal teams and clients. This role focuses on ensuring project alignment with client requirements and delivering expected value while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and align project scope accordingly
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs for implementation projects
• Plan and lead all aspects of an implementation project, ensuring expected value delivery to clients
• Ensure alignment on project management processes and procedures
• Oversee and support multiple implementation projects
• Provide hands-on leadership to implementation consultants
• Ensure implementations are completed on-time and within budget
• Act as a liaison between the PMO team and Client Services, Client Support, Client Experience, and executive leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting and/or software implementation experience in the oil & gas industry
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• 5+ years of consulting and/or software implementation experience in the oil & gas industry, with 2+ years of project management experience
