The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and deliver training for three distinct leadership development programs for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to align leadership development programs with organizational goals and priorities.
- Communicate program progress, outcomes, and potential issues to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of coaches, facilitators, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to talent development and program management.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance, outcomes, change request updates, and compliance.
- Support the change request process to efficiently manage changes and maintain alignment with MDA's mission.
- Analyze assessment data to identify patterns, correlations, and insights for program design and delivery.
- Develop and deliver training content for leadership and individual competency development components.
- Facilitate capstone projects for sub-groups of students and conduct various assessments including 360-degree feedback and self-assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years in the talent development field or advanced degree(s) in relevant subject areas
- Experience managing a leadership development program targeting multiple cohorts from entry level to senior management
- Experience with the Government Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ)
- Demonstrated experience with implementing and interpreting a range of assessment tools including 360 and self-assessments
- Experience and capability to facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree(s) in relevant subject areas (e.g. MA/PhD in Organizational Leadership, Training, I/O Psychology) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years in the talent development field or hold advanced degree(s) in relevant subject areas. Experience managing a leadership development program targeting multiple cohorts from entry level to senior management.

- Familiarity and experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
