Project Manager - Cardiology

About This Role

This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating project activities within Cardiology to achieve project goals within set timelines and budget. It focuses on ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery of clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate projects, ensuring initiatives and timelines are met
• Develop project initiation processes by defining scope, determining action items, assigning ownership, and tracking execution
• Evaluate, plan, and monitor project implementation for clinical systems, managing teams and escalating issues
• Develop interdisciplinary project teams in coordination with the clinical community
• Serve as liaison to project sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders
• Communicate with user departments, project teams, and vendors on project activities
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and quality teams to define and develop metric goals
• Ensure availability of performance measurement data for review and analysis
• Evaluate and drive risk management process improvements, efficiencies, and workflow enhancements
• Provide subject matter expert support in the development of clinical information systems and integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
