Project Manager

About This Role

Manage maintenance, reliability, and capital projects from award to closeout for clients in the oil & gas, chemical, renewable energy & power, and manufacturing industries. This role involves leading project teams, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule, and acting as the primary client contact.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of a project, including planning, organizing, controlling, and reporting
• Direct and manage all activities of Project & Discipline Engineers and other project team members
• Lead technical communication and coordination across engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects adhere to scope and schedule
• Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors to execute project scope
• Lead in proposal and estimate development
• Act as the client's point of contact and manage project budget and invoicing
• Mentor Project and Discipline Engineers and other Project Team Members

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience
• Background in project development and execution
• Experience leading teams
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple competing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering preferred)
• 10+ years of engineering consulting experience supporting the oil & gas, chemical, renewable energy & power, and manufacturing industries

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects
• Experience as a client manager
