Project Manager

About This Role

This Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of high-end construction remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards in the Marin County area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including a rolling two-week look-ahead, updated weekly
• Enter and maintain all schedules, milestones, and activities in Buildertrend for full team visibility
• Coordinate schedules with trade partners, in-house teams, and suppliers to ensure jobsite readiness
• Ensure job sites are properly staffed and prepared daily to maximize productivity
• Prepare, track, and manage project budgets in Buildertrend, monitoring costs and creating purchase orders, bills, and change orders
• Ensure material procurement aligns with the project schedule, including tracking long-lead items
• Conduct regular jobsite walks to verify progress, quality, and schedule adherence
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards, conducting routine safety and quality checks
• Use Buildertrend as the primary platform for daily logs, photos/videos, schedule updates, RFIs, and communication
• Provide timely daily and weekly project updates to leadership and assist with structured client updates

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend
• High level of punctuality, reliability, and task completion
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
