The Project Coordinator will plan, manage, and implement strategic projects across the Supply Chain Service departments, including new construction, purchased services, and integration activities. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners, and providing project updates and management reports.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and implement strategic projects throughout their lifecycle, including initiation, scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Projects will include new construction, purchased services, and integration activities within Supply Chain
- Coordinate activities across Supply Chain Service departments
- Engage key internal stakeholders (end users) and external partners (vendors, implementation partners) affected by projects
- Provide project updates and management reporting as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Health Service Administration or related fields preferred
