This role involves managing land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, overseeing ROW Agents, and providing effective project management to deliver projects in a timely and cost-effective manner for a large client in construction.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the client
- Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition
- Oversee acquisition package preparation
- Maintain project files
- Perform database management
- Respond to public inquiries
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in land acquisition
- Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth
- Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects
- Capable of working independently
- Capable of interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in land acquisition
