This Project Coordinator role involves planning, coordinating, and administering program activities while developing and advising on policy within assigned areas. The individual will utilize project management methodologies to achieve results and provide support to the department.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and administer activities within assigned program areas
- Develop, coordinate and advise on policy related to assigned major programs
- Provide project management/coordination for assigned projects/events
- Utilize established project management & program methodology in developing project tasks & deliverables
- Assist in developing appropriate value added services/support to meet departmental needs
- Search and analyze data from appropriate information systems
- Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports
- Assist with quarterly and as needed data entry in the health system's operational database
- Provide phone and scheduling support
- Manage and maintain large quantities of documentation and data for multiple projects across the System
Requirements
- Two (2) years of related work experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two (2) years of related work experience
