About This Role

This Project Coordinator position is part of the Sign Department, working closely with salespersons from inception to installation. The main purpose of this role is to monitor job progress, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely completion of projects through the system.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sign salesperson from inception to installation
  • Monitor email and respond to vendor issues and customer questions
  • Follow through on permitting, design, estimating, purchasing, equipment rental and installation team scheduling
  • Keep jobs on task, staying one step ahead of the process to move through the system in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • Great customer service communication skills
  • Multi-task oriented; manages multiple jobs at one time
  • Attentive to details; reviews fabrication and design elements
  • Quick learner

Nice to Have

  • Sign industry experience
  • Graphic design background
  • Strong passion for signage
