About This Role

The Program Coordinator - HOPWA will help clients of SeniorCare Management Assistance Fund achieve and maintain stable living environments to support engagement in HIV care. This role involves administering Housing Rental Assistance and providing non-medical case management and information and referral services.

Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve and maintain stable living environments to support engagement in HIV care
• Administer Housing Rental Assistance
• Provide Non-Medical Case Management
• Offer Information and Referral Services

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher or 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid PA driver’s license
• Registered and insured vehicle
• Self-motivation and ability to independently complete assigned responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or technical school or 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance
