Production Supervisor

About This Role

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all Production, Warehouse, and Shipping and Receiving functions at Enviromedica. This role involves managing personnel, ensuring efficient equipment operation, optimizing processes, and supporting quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, train, coach, and develop employees within assigned business functions
• Ensure efficient operation and proper maintenance of equipment within the area of responsibility
• Plan, execute, and optimize processes, maintaining documentation and metric systems
• Oversee OSHA compliance arrangements, including personal protective equipment and housekeeping programs
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting as necessary
• Support other company areas including Purchasing, Inventory Control, Equipment Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement
• Support the development and implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Perform and sign off on in-process inspections

Requirements

• Working experience in a cGMP regulated environment
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct problem solving and perform mathematical operations
• Demonstrated attention to detail, process thinking skills, and a mindset of excellence

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a technical discipline, or a two-year degree in a technical discipline plus four years of experience in a similar position
• 5 years of experience in similar positions, especially in a cGMP regulated environment
