Production Supervisor

About This Role

Direct and supervise a team of operations and maintenance personnel within a combined cycle gas turbine power plant, ensuring safe practices and meeting dispatch directives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices that comply with all OSHA and Entergy Safety Processes
• Provide compliance oversight relating to NERC and Environmental requirements
• Provide direct supervision to hourly multi-craft employees during a rotating 12-hour shift
• Ensure all dispatch directives are met within operational guidelines during 12-hour rotating shift
• Ensure all required maintenance is performed according to assigned shift schedule
• Provide and support budget/project development and cost control
• Provide contract management/contractor oversight

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
