Production Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations for a high-quality, all-natural sausage manufacturer, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. This role involves leading, mentoring, and motivating a team while collaborating with other departments to maintain efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team in the production area, filling in for key positions on the line if needed
• Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations to meet production targets and quality standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Inventory to plan proactively and address any issues promptly
• Ensure efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience leading teams as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment
