Lead a strong, tenured production team in a highly respected manufacturing organization, ensuring quality production and supporting scheduling and workflow decisions. Drive continuous improvement and maintain efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee shift production and team performance
Maintain workflow, schedules, and production goals
Support setups, troubleshooting, training, and coaching

Requirements

CNC machining / manufacturing leadership experience
Strong communicator and mentor
Quality-focused, collaborative leader
Comfortable working 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm)
