Operate designated production equipment efficiently and safely in a food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role involves equipment operation, quality assurance, manual tasks, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Operate designated production equipment efficiently as assigned
- Perform start-up, operation, change over, shut down, and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently following the Company Safety Policy, including the lock out/tag out process
- Perform manual tasks such as loading and supplying production line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors
- Ensure Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and designated facility standards
- Provide general plant, production line, and facility clean up (5S)
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency
- Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell
- Proficiency in English language skills
Qualifications
- Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment
