Product Owner AI Engineering Internship

About This Role

This internship provides hands-on experience in product ownership, focusing on AI engineering platforms that power intelligent customer experiences. You will contribute to strategic design, document decisions, and shape capabilities for T-Mobile's brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Document platform design decisions and maintain Strategic Choice Records
• Author user stories with clear acceptance criteria for multi-brand and cross-team reusability
• Develop technical documentation including integration guides and configuration specs
• Gather feedback from product pods and analyze adoption metrics
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering in agile ceremonies and design reviews

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
• Familiarity with agile practices and tools like JIRA or Confluence
• Basic data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools)
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities
• Interest in AI/ML, platform design, or scalable technology solutions
• Experience working on cross-functional or multi-stakeholder projects
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
