About This Role

Lead a team of product marketers to develop and activate go-to-market plans for Intuit's Workforce Solutions portfolio within QuickBooks, driving growth in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. This role requires strong strategic, storytelling, and leadership skills to deliver significant business results.

Responsibilities

  • Own 1-year business outcomes for the Workforce Solutions portfolio, including strategic choices and effective communication of data-backed business plans to executive leadership.
  • Leverage customer insights, product expertise, and competitive intelligence to inform segmentation strategy, develop product positioning, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Develop research and testing plans, actively analyze business data, generate insights, and create compelling end-to-end customer experiences and GTM strategies.
  • Lead initiatives and influence the product roadmap at any phase of the product life cycle and execute an impactful GTM plan with product and channel partners.
  • Develop go-to-market plans, segmentation, and marketing activations in close partnership with external partners and business development to deliver year-on-year growth.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, design, business development, analytics, finance, legal, strategy, sales, and customer success to drive GTM strategy.
  • Own the forecasting process and performance management for multiple Workforce Solutions products, managing stakeholders to align goals and outcomes.
  • Contribute to 3-year strategic planning and make decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or strategic roles in high-growth environments
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution
  • Experience leading and cultivating high performance teams (People Management)
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization (Leadership)
  • Strong capability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks (Executional excellence)
  • Comfort with different testing methodologies and synthesizing multiple data sources to develop insights (Analytical and problem solving orientation)
  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices to balance short and long term business outcomes
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative
  • Strong track record of leadership, storytelling, and influencing in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
  • Excellent verbal, written/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, or strategic roles within high-growth environments, with experience driving cross-functional execution

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience defining and operationalizing product marketing strategy for B2B business management solutions (preferably Payroll or HCM products)
  • Experience driving new acquisition marketing motions and demonstrated revenue impact
  • Experience in the human capital space and/or understanding of this market
  • MBA degree
  • Experience with small- and mid-sized business
