PRN Licensed Practical Nurse

About This Role

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and psychosocial evaluation to clients, monitoring their condition, and promoting their health within a senior living community in Chattanooga. The LPN will ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to resident services and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
• Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
• Monitor clients' conditions
• Promote health and prevention coordination of services
• Ensure community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
