About This Role

Implement quality improvement programs for Medicaid proposals and provide strategic advice to functional teams. Lead the design and execution of proposal quality operating systems to enhance overall bid efforts.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality improvement programs for Medicaid proposals
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to functional teams
• Oversee proposal quality systems and compliance monitoring
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop proposal strategies
• Participate in color team reviews and improve writing processes
• Lead the design and execution of a proposal quality operating system
• Manage post-submission lessons learned and improvement plans
• Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of Medicaid proposal development experience
• Demonstrated success in designing enterprise-level proposal quality frameworks
• Advanced expertise in proposal evaluation methodologies
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
• Strong command of RFP compliance and scoring logic
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment skills
• Demonstrated leadership across matrixed organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
• 8+ years of Medicaid proposal development experience
