About This Role

Provide high-quality post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring their safety and comfort during the critical recovery phase in a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients recovering from surgical procedures and anesthesia
• Assess patient condition and vital signs regularly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery process
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with PACU experience
• Strong knowledge of post-anesthesia patient care protocols
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
