About This Role

Supervise and manage the operations of a county pool concession, including cashier duties, ticket issuance, bookkeeping, and customer service. This role ensures smooth daily operations and maintains facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Pool Concession Attendant I staff
• Issue admission tickets and swimming passes
• Handle locker rentals
• Answer telephones and provide information
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the concession facility
• Greet the public and assist patrons
• Ensure patron discipline and adherence to rules
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and generate assigned reports and records
• Deposit funds accurately and securely

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• One (1) year of experience in concession operation or retail sales
• Skill in bookkeeping and generating reports, records and deposits
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and visually

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• One (1) year of experience in concession operation or retail sales. A season of concession operation may substitute for one year of education.
