The Pipeline Support Analyst provides essential support to pipeline swim lanes by reviewing reports, analyzing loan stages, addressing sales partner inquiries, and escalating loan progression issues. This role involves day-to-day targeted pipeline management and ensuring accurate and timely loan delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all assigned pipelines and/or loans
- Provide daily leadership to processors/underwriters/closers regarding process, reporting, and workflow items
- Function as short-term management coverage as needed for pipeline and/or role managers
- Identify and escalate breaks in process, procedure, or policy
- Support commitment to WOW! Service by meeting or exceeding established Operational Metrics
- Ensure accurate and timely loan delivery
- Provide training and/or guidance to team members and sales staff
- Adhere to all audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including Lending authority
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Retail, Product, and other business partners
- Serve as an escalation point for customer complaint resolution
- Review all required documents (borrower, D/U & LP findings, title, HOI) to determine next steps
- Validate all documents required by underwriting are present, accurately indexed, and meet requirements
- Ensure all data fields required by each loan stage are complete
- Interact with vendors providing service on the loan transaction and obtain necessary documentation
- Ensure all services required for the loan transaction are ordered timely
- Document all interactions on the loan transaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years loan documentation experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Bank loan products and policies
- Demonstrated knowledge of lending software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to handle heavy workload and meet stringent deadlines
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of state regulations
- Proficient PC skills
- Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years loan documentation experience; 5 years direct processing experience preferred
