Personal Lines Account Manager

About This Role

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and delivering exceptional service for Acrisure, a global fintech leader.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, making periodic decisions on account updates and coverages
• Review exposures and current insurance programs for assigned clients
• Determine the best carrier fit for clients considering coverage, protection, and cost effectiveness
• Collaborate with producers on development and decisions regarding action plans and coverages for new accounts
• Provide day-to-day service, anticipate customer needs, and respond to client questions and issues promptly
• Keep customers informed about pending changes in the insurance world that may impact their coverage
• Monitor carrier activities to ensure fulfillment of responsibilities to customers (e.g., policies, claims handling)
• Complete account reviews

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintain P&C License
• Proficient in Windows programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
• 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
