This role involves maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service for personal lines accounts within a global fintech leader.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, making periodic decisions on account updates and coverages
- Review exposures and current insurance programs for assigned clients
- Determine if the current carrier is the best fit for the client considering coverage, protection, and cost effectiveness
- Work with producers to develop and make decisions about plans of action and coverages for new accounts
- Provide day-to-day service, anticipate customer needs, and respond to client questions and issues in a timely manner
- Keep customers up to date on pending changes in the insurance world that may impact their coverage
- Monitor carrier activities to ensure fulfillment of responsibilities (e.g., policies & endorsements, claims handling)
- Complete account reviews
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain P&C License
- Proficient in Windows programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent
- 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
