About This Role

This role is for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm. The attorney will manage high-value personal injury matters from inception through verdict and resolution, contributing to a strong trial culture and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex personal injury litigation through trial and resolution
• Serve as first or second chair in trials and arbitrations
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare witnesses
• Collaborate with a team of experienced trial attorneys and litigation support professionals
• Maintain a client-focused, trial-ready mindset

Requirements

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience
• First or second chair trial and/or arbitration experience
• Active Colorado bar license
• Federal District Court admission
