Intellectual Property Paralegal

About This Role

Lead the operational management of Intellectual Property (IP) litigation cases, primarily at the International Trade Commission (ITC), for a top global law firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of ITC/IP litigation cases
• Manage and organize case files, productions, filings, exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
• Prepare, track, and organize all materials for hearings and trial teams
• Conduct eDiscovery searches using tools like Relativity
• Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, trial teams, and on‑site support
• Maintain case databases and monitor deadlines in a fast-moving forum
• Serve as a senior resource for attorneys, junior staff, and cross-functional teams
• Support trial preparation and provide on‑site assistance during hearings and trial
• Partner with internal teams and outside vendors to streamline workflows

Requirements

• 10+ years litigation paralegal experience
• 7+ years IP litigation and/or ITC experience
• Arbitration/trial experience
• Proficiency with Relativity, LiveNote, EDIS, PACER, LexisNexis/Westlaw

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years litigation paralegal experience, 7+ years IP litigation and/or ITC experience

Nice to Have

• Appellate experience
• Experience training or directing junior team members
