Personal Banker

About This Role

As a Personal Banker at PNC, you will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well-being. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures and participate in branch daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
• 3+ years experience or product knowledge.
