About This Role

Serve as a consultant to customers by conducting financial profiles, identifying needs, and cross-selling bank products, contributing to the financial growth of the banking center by attracting, expanding, and retaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer financial profiles, identifying customer needs, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities
• Attract, expand, and retain customer relationships
• Contribute to the financial growth of the banking center
• Communicate proactively with current and prospective clients to educate, ensure understanding, resolve issues, and maintain customer loyalty
• Identify products and services to attract, expand, and retain client relationships
• Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and promotions
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts
• Achieve defined sales and service goals
• Make recommendations to supervisors concerning the budgetary needs of the branch and methods to improve the client’s experience
• Identify and implement resolutions for service issues, involving supervisors on more complex issues
• Conduct onboarding activities for new clients

Requirements

• Highly motivated team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate PC proficiency
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of retail banking experience
• Platform banking experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred or equivalent education and related training or experience required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years of retail banking experience required.

Nice to Have

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office products
• Cash handling experience
• Cross selling experience
• Consumer credit experience
