Actively develop and expand customer relationships by providing exceptional service and cross-selling banking products. Determine and meet customer banking needs while proactively generating business for the Retail division.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer experience, friendly demeanor, and a can-do attitude
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner and provide accurate information
- Assess customer needs and promote bank products and services with a solutions-based approach
- Open all types of new accounts for consumers and small businesses
- Prepare and compile new customer documentation to ensure accuracy and policy adherence
- Follow all compliance guidelines by informing clients of required disclosures
- Coordinate with Deposit Shared Services, eBanking, Quality Assurance and BASE in resolving customer needs
- Perform account maintenance and close accounts upon customer requests
- Accept and close consumer loan products for clients in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed established sales and referral goals by explaining and promoting bank and partner products and services
Requirements
- Ability to actively develop new relationships and expand existing customer relationships
- High level of customer service
- Ability to recognize financial needs of clients
- Experience determining and meeting customers banking needs
- Skill in cross-selling bank products
- Knowledge of compliance guidelines and disclosures
- Adherence to all loan policies and procedures
