Provide full-time speech-language therapy services to kindergarten through second-grade students in a Pasadena, TX elementary school. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educational staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to K-2 students, including walk-in cases
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in both general education and self-contained settings
- Collaborate with educational staff and other therapists to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Work under the supervision of a qualified SLP (for SLPA candidates)
Requirements
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings
- SLPA candidates must have access to a supervising SLP
Qualifications
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AAC methods and interventions beneficial
