This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position provides comprehensive virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in Lakeville, MN, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students throughout the school year.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual SLP services for 40 hours per week, ensuring effective teletherapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders within the school-aged population
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes aligned with school policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices and compliance requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience in pediatric SLP and school-based therapy services
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual teletherapy environment
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills adaptable to a fast-paced K-12 school setting
