Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / SLPA

About This Role

Join H2 Health's pediatric outpatient team as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Assistant to provide individualized, evidence-based care, helping children strengthen communication skills and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive-communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
• Provide feeding therapy as appropriate based on training and experience
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care using Raintree EMR and manage an appropriate caseload
• Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP (SLPA duties)
• Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, feeding, and communication goals (SLPA duties)
• Track patient progress and assist with documentation (SLPA duties)
• Support families and the care team to promote consistency and carryover (SLPA duties)

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (for SLPs) OR Completion of an accredited SLPA program (for SLPAs)
• Active or eligible state SLP license OR Active or eligible SLPA license
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status (for SLPs)
• Strong passion for working with children (for SLPAs)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (for SLPs) or Completion of an accredited SLPA program (for SLPAs)

• Pediatric experience
• Feeding therapy experience
• Interest in supporting feeding therapy
