About This Role

H2 Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care in a luxury Senior Living community in Stuart, FL. This role focuses on evaluating and treating a geriatric caseload with various conditions, emphasizing independent work and patient-centered decisions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1
Address general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline
Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active or eligible state license to practice
Ability to work independently and in teams

Qualifications

A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
