Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About This Role

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide individualized and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children. You will also supervise RBTs and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery
• Develop and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes
• Deliver services in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification or eligible for state licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Prior BCBA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
