Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist

About This Role

Deliver speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students in a K-12 educational setting, addressing communication disorders and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students across a diverse caseload, addressing a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively when remote services are required
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student success

Requirements

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with delivering teletherapy services
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while delivering individualized care

Nice to Have

• Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
