About This Role

Provide essential speech-language pathology services to K-12 students across elementary and middle schools in Oxford, AL. This contract role focuses on pull-out therapy sessions and managing small caseloads to support student communication development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pull-out therapy sessions in a dedicated speech room
• Manage small caseloads to ensure individualized attention
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development
• Deliver direct intervention in supportive, dedicated spaces

Requirements

• Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license

Nice to Have

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with pediatric and school-age populations
• Ability to manage caseloads and deliver pull-out services effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with teletherapy services
